Justin Stoney is the Founder of New York Vocal Coaching and an internationally-recognized Voice Teacher and Vocal Coach. He is the author of the award-winning book “Sing Like Never Before” and the host of the popular singing show “Voice Lessons To The World.”

We want family & friends to enjoy this workshop together as much as possible. But we also have an aesthetic need to distribute people among the four choruses as evenly as possible according to their vocal range.
That’s why you’ll be asked during the purchase process to tell us what each ticketholder’s vocal range is. If you don’t know what it is, you can tell us that as well.
We’re also asking you to identify any underage children in your party by age, so we can keep children 17 and younger together with their parents.
If you’re registering 4 or more people, and don’t mind splitting them up, you can let us know that as well.
There’s no magic formula for improving vocal skills. But sometimes the right guide can help you find a better path. Justin Stoney is that kind of guide.
Throughout the Blue Ridge Choral Connection workshop, Justin will work with 14 participants one-on-one, or about 3 each hour. He’ll take each one for a “spin around the block”, ask them a little bit about their vocal goals and challenges and have them sing a little. He’ll work through various exercises, make studied observations, and offer suggestions perfectly fitted to each person. It will be like putting on an expensive, tailor-made, perfectly-fitted suit. Only with just a few close friends watching.
